Playroom Movie Night...sorta

Tonight was the perfect night to host another Playroom Movie Night with Popcorn and Ratatouille (per McKinley's request)! So, after an early bath McKinley set up camp in the playroom with the cats and Mommy & Daddy.

Suddenly, the DVD player would not work - AT ALL. It made this awful screeching noise like an alien spaceship landing - like in the movies! Cary worked on it for a long time (like 20 minutes or more), then he picked it up and it rattled.

Uh oh.

Cary peered inside the machine and discovered the reasoning behind the rattle and screeching, and thus the recipe for how to stop a DVD player from running properly:

Ingredients:

1 Handful Dried Red Playdoh

1 Play Knife

1 Slice of Play Cheese

2 DVD's of your choice

Open the DVD player door and insert all ingredients, mix well to ensure a trying job for parents and ENJOY with Popcorn!

Movie night has officially been postponed, DVD player has indeed been repaired and is again fully functioning...until next time.

At least the popcorn was good!
